Apostle Dr. Delisa Rodgers

Delisa is a born-again believer in the Lord Jesus who began walking as a prophet from a child. As with any prophet, the Word of God is her absolute passion. As such, Delisa began studying the Word of God at the tender age of thirteen from the book of Revelation. 

As a young adult, Delisa served eleven faithful and dedicated active years as an administrator, treasurer, intercessor, choir member, and adjutant under her father's, Apostle Thomas L. Rodgers, Sr.’s, leadership. Completing her assignment there, she planted Faith Tabernacle Church of Deliverance in July 2004. In January 2005, she planted True Love Church of Refuge while submitting to the tutelage of Apostle S. and the late Prophetess R. Campbell. Delisa sharpened her gifts in the prophetic, in the dividing of the Word of God, the activating of spiritual gifts, and the interpretation of dreams and visions. After fifteen culminated years of serving and training in prophetic ministry, she was subsequently ordained a prophet. In September 2010, Delisa met her apostle and overseer, Apostle Ivory L. Hopkins, founder of Pilgrim's Ministry of Deliverance, Harbeson, DE, through the Campbells’ ministry. Recognizing the need for additional accountability, Delisa is also submitted to Apostles and Prophet T. and E. Brinkley,  founders and overseers of Deliverance Tabernacle of Praise located in Rocky Mount, NC.

Delisa’s work experience in ministry is extensive. Aside from planting ministry, she launched a ministry school in November 2009 where she identified, trained, mentored, and licensed ministers of the gospel. The school offered course work in the schools of ministry, prophets, deliverance, prayer, the five-fold ministry, and much more.

 A lover of knowledge, Delisa has earned several academic and professional degrees. She is a graduate of Queens University of Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in human service studies. She earned her doctorate in theology from Tripp Bible Institute. Additionally, Delisa is a certified pastoral counselor, a chaplain, and a certified instructor in non-violent crisis intervention.

Delisa is the published author of more than a dozen books, a serial entrepreneur who coaches other business owners, the executive director of Barbara’s Lighthouse, and an educator in her local school system. Delisa has five children who support her work in the ministry and is headquartered in Charlotte, NC, USA.
